TERMS OF SERVICE - RESIDENTIAL PREVENTIVE DISINFECTION 

RESCHEDULING
24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment, even if you book your appointment online under the 24 hour window, except in cases of contagious illness or family emergency as described below.

CANCELLATION OF BOOKING

Cancellations made on the day of the appointment, may be subject to forfeiture of amounts paid (full or deposit), except in cases of contagious illness or family emergency as described below.

REFUNDS

Refunds for Unconsumed Services -
1. Fully Paid Bookings - We will issue you a refund in a mode of your choice, within sixty (60) days of the payment/booking date; excluding a 20% processing fee of the value paid.
2. For Deposit Paid Bookings - We will issue you a refund in a mode of your choice, within sixty (60) days of the payment/booking date; excluding a 50% processing fee of the value paid.

Refunds for Consumed Services - We do not issue refunds for the services rendered. In the event you are not happy with your service, please notify our service technicians prior to them leaving the service location.

SICKNESS OR EMERGENCIES

If you or another person in your household has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. There is no penalty required in this case, for your safety and that of our service crew. Services are to be re-scheduled/consumed within sixty (60) days of the original payment/booking date.
